Your piece is made after you order.
Production comes first
We work with our specialist production partners. Standard production usually takes 2–7 business days, before shipping. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee; the product, provider, order volume and holidays can affect timing.
International delivery
We welcome orders worldwide where delivery is available. Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your address. Delivery times vary by destination and production partner. Production and transit are separate stages.
Tracking & separate parcels
Check your shipping confirmation emails and account for available tracking. An order containing items from different production locations may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking updates.
Addresses, customs & delays
Review your address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately to request a correction; changes after production begins are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to local customs procedures and import charges not collected at checkout. Check the rules for your destination.
If tracking stalls, delivery fails, or an item is missing, contact info@tarekhaddad.art promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the production partner and carrier and explain the available resolution. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
